Red Dot Names Heather Graham Manager of Aftermarket Customer Service
SEATTLE, Wash. (Nov. 10, 2005) -- Red Dot Corp. has named Heather Graham manager of aftermarket customer service, providing leadership for the company's team of aftermarket and warehouse distributor customer service representatives.
Based in Seattle, Red Dot is a worldwide leader in the design and production of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and replacement parts for trucks, buses, off-highway, and military vehicles.
Graham reports to marketing manager Robert Gardiner.
"Efficient, effective customer service has a direct impact on our relationship with our family of distributors," Gardiner said. "Heather has an outstanding track record as a team builder and a communicator in business-to-business industrial supply, and she knows how to treat customers who count on you to keep their operations up and running. We're excited to have her on board."
Graham previously was customer service manager for W.W. Grainger in Seattle. Grainger is a Fortune 500 company and a leading supplier of maintenance and repair products.
