
He also oversees many aspects of Red Dot’s corporate operations including sales and marketing, product and customer support, legal, and risk management.
Bruce began his career with Red Dot in 1968 and has held senior management positions in various facets of the business. Under his leadership, Red Dot established the first company retirement program in the form of an ERISA profit sharing plan in 1974. This transitioned to an Employee Stock Ownership Trust in 1987 and ultimately 100% employee ownership in January 2000.
Bruce is a trustee of the Employee Stock Ownership Trust and a member of the Red Dot Board of Directors.
Bruce is active in his West Seattle community. He is a member and past president of the West Seattle Lions Club and a past zone chairman and Melvin Jones Fellow with Lions Club International. He has taken leadership roles with Seattle Lutheran High School, Hope Lutheran Church, and the YMCA of Greater Seattle.
