 Red Dot President Nick Janus and Regional Sales Manager Ken Montelongo congratulate NVB Equipment on its Million Dollar Award Seattle, Wash. – Red Dot Corporation, an international leader in heavy-duty mobile heating and air conditioning, recently hosted its annual Distributor Conference in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, where leadership recognized Red Dot’s top-performing distributors of 2018.
Red Dot was proud to award eight distributors with the Million Dollar Award, given to those who sold more than $1 million worth of Red Dot units and parts in 2018, including:

We are thankful for their support and look forward to another successful year in 2019.” In addition to the Million Dollar Award, Badger Truck Refrigeration, Crows Truck Center, CSTK, NVB Equipment and Thermo King Midwest earned Red Dot’s Winner’s Circle Award, which honors the five distributors who sold the highest volume of Red Dot parts and units in 2018. “The recipients of our dealer awards showcase what it means to be truly committed to delivering a fantastic customer experience,” added Pat Carroll, Red Dot’s vice president of sales and marketing. “Our dealers and their team members are laser-focused on ensuring their customers’ fleets remain up and running and vehicle operators remain comfortable, safe and productive in any environment, from construction sites to cornfields. It’s our honor to support them.” Recognizing outstanding performance in overall sales, gross sales and position in the top 50, Red Dot also honored 30 of its distributors with the Triple Crown Award. Red Dot leadership and distributors also took an opportunity at the closing awards ceremony to laud Craig Alexandre, Red Dot’s marketing manager and organizer of the Distributor Conference, for his dedication and exceptional work throughout his nearly 22-year tenure with the company. “Since his earlier years manning our customer service lines, Craig has been instrumental in driving this company forward. He takes a wholehearted approach to everything he does, which is invaluable not only to us at Red Dot, but more importantly, to the scores of customers he serves on a daily basis,” Carroll said. Each year, Red Dot hosts a Distributor Conference for its top 35 customers to connect and exchange industry insights.
